Pawlicity offers the option of choosing your shipping class of service to best meet your needs. Pawlicity currently offers express, priority, and first class delivery services from the US Postal Service (USPS). Shipping rates and estimated delivery timeframes are provided by the carriers and can not be guaranteed.  If you are requesting delivery service via another provider, please contact us at bliss@pawlicity.com before placing your order so we may accomodate your request.

Pawlicity offers free shipping to all orders greater than $60.00. Items shipped by our "Free Shipping" option will be sent via USPS First Class mail.

Pawlicity processes orders within 2 to 3 business days of your order date. Pawlicity makes all PuppyBellyBands, PuppyPuddlePads, and liner pads by hand, so there may be times that the processing of your order may be delayed; Pawlcitiy will notify you immediately regarding any delays.

Occasionally Pawlicity will promote free shipping. Free shipping is only applicable to those orders shipped within the United States, and Pawlicity reserves the right to cancel the free shipping promotion at anytime.

PAWLICITY WILL NOT BE RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY ITEMS LOST OR STOLEN IN TRANSIST.  ONCE THE ITEM LEAVES PAWLICITY'S FACILITY IT IS THE RESPONSIBILITY OF THE BUYER AND PAWLICITY HOLDS NO RESPONSIBILITY OR LIABILITY FOR THE ACTION OF ANY THIRD PARTY CARRIER OR ANY OTHER PERSON. PAWLICITY IS NOT THE UNITED STATES POST OFFICE AND WILL NOT BE HELD LIABLE OR RESPONSIBLE FOR IT'S ACTIONS OR EMPLOYEE'S ACTION.
